PROCEDURE
1. REGISTRATION OF RECOGNITION CODE (USING TECHSTREAM)
(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the ignition switch to ON.
(c) Turn the Techstream on.
(d) Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Main Body / Utility / Wireless Code Registration.

(e) Select either add or rewrite mode according to the Techstream display.
(f) The number of registered codes is indicated.
(g) Registration of the door control transmitter assembly
(1) If either add mode or rewrite mode has been selected, press the lock and unlock switches on the door control transmitter assembly simultaneously.
(2) Within 3 seconds of releasing the lock and unlock switches, press either of the switches on the door control transmitter assembly.
NOTICE:
(3) The main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) automatically performs the power door lock/unlock operation once in order to indicate whether registration has been completed correctly or not.
(4) If continuing registration, the next recognition code must be registered in the door control transmitter assembly within 30 seconds.
HINT:
Up to 4 recognition codes can be registered.
(h) Completing the registration mode.
(1) Registration mode will end when any of the following occurs:
(i) Perform the following after registration is completed.
(1) Perform the wireless door lock control operation check.

1. INSPECT AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR
(a) Check the wire harness.
(1) Disconnect the automatic light control sensor (G1).
(2) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
