DESCRIPTION

The skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) receives engine speed signals from the ECM via CAN communication.

C1224	NE Signal	The vehicle speed is 6 km/h (4 mph) or more, the +BS terminal voltage is between 9.6 and 16.5 V, and the engine speed signal is more than 12800 rpm for 2.5 seconds or more.	CAN communication system ECM

1.	CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

(a) Check if CAN communication system DTCs are output.
