Toyota CH-R Service Manual: Operation History List

OPERATION HISTORY LIST

NOTICE:

  • If the vehicle or vehicle controls are operated (for example, during initial inspection when the vehicle is brought in for repair) before operation history has been read out and saved, the operation history information could be lost.
  • The function "Read operation history" uses the current system time setting inside the Techstream and the time counter inside the controlling ECU to calculate the timings shown in the operation history. For this reason, before reading out the operation history, first make sure that the Techstream system clock is accurately set to the current time.
  • Before replacing the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU), refer to REGISTRATION*1.

HINT:

Explanation of the indication item of the operation history.

Item

Description

Time Information

Time that the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) performed each operation history item.

IG ON/OFF Count

  • Counter that is incremented when turning ignition switch from ON to OFF.
  • Initial value is 0 times, maximum value is 255 times.
  • When value reaches 255, it returns to 0 at the next incrementation and counting continues.

Operation Details

Name of the operation history performed by the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU).

Elapsed Time After CPU reset

Starting from the point in time when battery voltage supply to the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) began, the elapsed time until each operation history item was performed.

CPU Reset Count

  • The number of times battery voltage supply to the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) went from a non-energized* to an energized state.
  • Initial value is 0 times, maximum value is 3 times.
  • When value reaches 3, it returns to 0 at the next incrementation and counting continues.

*: Operation history that results in a non-energized state includes removal/installation of the battery, removal/installation of the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU), battery voltage decrease, etc.
