INSTALLATION

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

HINT:

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
The following procedure is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the guides and claw to install the outer rear view mirror assembly.

(b) Install the 3 bolts.

Torque:

for TMMT Made :

5.5 N·m {56 kgf·cm, 49 in·lbf}

for TMC Made :

8.0 N·m {82 kgf·cm, 71 in·lbf}

2. INSTALL FRONT DOOR VENT SEAL

4. INSTALL FRONT DOOR GLASS INNER WEATHERSTRIP

5. INSTALL FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME BRACKET GARNISH

6. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

7. INSTALL MULTIPLEX NETWORK MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT ARMREST BASE UPPER PANEL (for Driver Side)

8. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT ARMREST BASE UPPER PANEL (for Front Passenger Side)

9. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG
