CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS

HINT:

If there are any scratches or impact marks on the rear bumper, perform the blind spot monitor beam axis confirmation. If any abnormalities are found, perform the blind spot monitor sensor installation condition inspection.

INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE

(a) Measure the battery voltage.

Standard Voltage:

11 to 14 V

If the voltage is below 11 V, replace or recharge the battery before proceeding to the next step.

CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM*

(a) Use the Techstream to check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally.
